Optional modules (Lone Worker Welfare, AI Camera Face Scan, Advanced Mobile Patrol) and usage charges are priced separately and published in the rate card — nothing is hidden behind a sales call.

Three tiers, set by how many guards you actually deploy in a month. Standard is $150 a month plus $17 per active guard. At 50 guards you move to Professional — $199 plus $16 per guard. At 100 guards you reach Enterprise, where the base fee is waived entirely and every guard is $15. Your tier is recalculated each billing month from real usage, so you never need to call anyone to change plan.

Because the base fee is waived at Enterprise. A firm running 99 guards pays $1,783; at 100 guards it's $1,500. We'd rather reward the firms scaling with us than charge them more for growing. The published figures on this page are the figures on your invoice — you can verify the drop with the calculator above.

A guard rostered onto at least one shift in a billing month. Guards in your register who aren't deployed that month don't count toward your bill.

Monthly in arrears by invoice, Net-30 terms. Your invoice itemises the platform fee, any active modules, partner network shifts and usage — every line traceable to the rate card on this page.

Your clients never pay — portals are unlimited and included. Partner firms receiving shifts through the network don't need their own Orion subscription; you pay a small per-shift network fee at the rates above, and partners on a paid Orion plan attract the lower 'Pro partner' rate.
